Case Study: Male 48 years old, 5'6', 145 lbs (Feb 2011), vegan diet (50% raw food), average build with limited weight training 2 years past. During military training at the age of 22 was an average body builder, max bench 255 lbs 2x with spot with weight 167 lbs. During the military, diet was an average dairy and meat with supplements of body building proteins.

Starting in February of 2011 not increasing any protein through the vegan diet (average 20 grams per day) through 3 sets of weight training periods per week for 7 weeks working chest, back, shoulders and arms with the Body ReGenerator protocol 3x per day. The body averagely needs 1 gram of protein per 5 lbs of body weight from our daily diet.
