Disease Is Acid Related

The Swiss physician and theologian Paracelsus was the first person in our Western culture to state the deposit of acid waste as the main cause of all illnesses. Dr. Berthold Kern discovered that a lower pH value (more acidic) led to a thickening of the blood. If the composition of blood is thicker, the heart must pump harder to get it to the organs.

In general, degenerative diseases can be the result of acid waste build-up within weak cells (which are mineral deficient) and organs that are too weak to clean house . After food is digested and absorbed into the bloodstream it is carried to the trillion of cells of the body via the circulatory system. The body eliminates what it can and the remainder settles in the weakest cells. Those which are not strong enough to clean house. In this accumulating, deposited, dead waste matter, germs like bacteria, viruses, fungus and parasites breed. Rotting takes place and pus (which is decomposed blood), parasites, flukes, tapeworms, hardened mucous and other acid waste products form. This, science calls disease.

The body will do every thing it must to maintain a blood  balancing act in order to maintain the blood pH within a safe range of 7.35 - 7.45. Some cells instead of dying as normal cells do in an acid environment may adapt and survive by becoming abnormal cells like primitive yeast cells. These abnormal primitive yeast cells are called malignant cells. Malignant renegade cells do not communicate with brain function, or with their own DNA memory code. Therefore, malignant cells grow indefinitely and without order. This biological disorder is what science calls cancer which this could be improved by an alkaline diet and boosting the immune system.

Dr. Otto Warburg, two time Nobel Prize winner, stated in his book, The Metabolism of Tumors. that the primary cause of cancer was the replacement of oxygen in the respiratory cell chemistry by the fermentation of sugar. The growth of cancer cells is initiated by a fermentation process, which can be triggered only in the absence of oxygen at the cell level. Just like overworked muscle cells manufacture lactic acid by-products as waste, cancerous cells spill lactic acid and other acidic compounds causing acid pH. Disease can be summed up, is nothing more or less than a cellular disturbance (Cellular Malfunction) of the electromagnetic balance due to acid PH disorganization of the cellular microzymas, their morbid evolution to bacteria, yeast fungus and molds, and their production of exotoxins and mycotoxins. Cancer therefore is a four-letter word — ACID, especially lactic acid as a waste product due to the low oxygen level and waste products of yeast and fungus.

The alkaline element most heavily drawn upon to neutralize  acids is Sodium bicarbonate created by the stomach walls, intestinal walls,  pancreas, and kidneys. Reserve supplies of sodium are stored in various organs of the body but chiefly in the walls of the stomach. This makes the tissues of the stomach highly alkaline, as they should be to withstand the presence of sodium the stomach walls would be destroyed by the hydrochloric acid produced in these tissue. Potassium helps an maintains the sodium balance in the system which is also alkaline.  By adding sodium bicarbonate, NaHC03 is adding  a hydrogen acceptor. Meaning hydrogen attach in a chemical reaction raising the oxygen level in the system which raises the pH. The more hydrogen free in the body the higher the acid level in the blood causing blood to stick together to protect itself.

In a body with sufficient bicarbonate and alkalizing buffers in the blood, uric acids, cholesterol, lactic acids etc. are neutralized without any problems and excreted by the kidneys.

Keep almond remains and place on a cookie sheet and place in oven with low temp under one hour. Use as an almond meal. If you have a dehydrator place on 95 degrees until dry.

By far, the best almond milk I have made yet. If you only use 1 cup of soaked almonds, you need to use less water or the max of 40 oz in the blender for it will have a watery taste. Lecithin is a wonderful binder (plus 30% brain is made of its nutrients) between water and the nutrients to keep them in solution. Just shake before you use the milk. Soaking almonds needs to be at least 12 hours with occasional changing out the water. I would highly recommend using a vanilla bean which you can purchase from San Francisco herb company for a reasonable cost. The honey is optional but highly recommended for sweetness. The date gives a rich texture and an intense flavor and blends well with the honey. Strain through a nut bag and store in sealed Mason jars for freshness and it should make two 32oz with the use of 64oz blender.

Furthermore, you can use any nut in the place of almonds: like cashews, rice, hazelnuts, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, if the cost of almonds is too much. If you search through Google for Raw Unpasteurized Organic Almonds, you will find some companies in California direct from the farms. If you allow three days for the germination of Almonds, you will make sprouted almond milk.
