Case Study: Male 48 years old, 5'6', 145 lbs (Feb 2011), vegan diet (50% raw food), average build with limited weight training 2 years past. During military training at the age of 22 was an average body builder, max bench 255 lbs 2x with spot with weight 167 lbs.
